This Machine is

material which is coated by solvent typed
adhesive and dried with the web of No. 2 Unwinder
consecutively. It is characterized by perfect
drying and high speed laminating with very
efficient Dryer designed by SAM technology,
and it performs a superior quality laminated
product through stable tension control of

Extrusion Laminator
is a machine which does Extrusion Coating
on various flexible material by melting Plastic
Resin. In case of laminating web supplied
to Sandwich Unwinder, it makes performance
of laminating 3 layer material with high speed
in single process. Recently, it is designed
to be able to produce more superior packaging
material keeping up with the development of
specific Plastic Resin. |

The Tandem Extrusion
Laminator is a production line which outputs
multi-layered packaging material ( Max. 5
Layer ) with high speed in one process. Also,
it is equipped with 2 set of Primer Coater
Extruders and Sandwich Unwinders.
It can produce more than 5 layered packaging
material efficiently when Co-Extruder is equipped.
If adopting Automatic Dies, it controls the
coating thickness as well. |

Co-extrusion is
the process of combining different polymers
to achieve an optimal balance of physical
properties within a single structure. Co-extrusion
